I would like to ask if I am going to have much more insomnia nights?

"There are many cures for insomnia that don't require medicine. Physical exercise is one of the best cures. I'm not saying just take a walk, although that helps many to accomplish many things both physical and spiritual as well as even social. In some with severe cases of insomnia physical exhaustion is a wonderful cure on many levels, but the most immediate and most obvious is that they sleep. For others the real reason they cannot sleep is that there is something weighing heavily on their mind and this thing or things work into dreams and keep them from staying asleep. It would help sleep come and stay, if they were to fix the problem. If fixing it means telling the truth, or apologizing or even forgiving, a fix is that close to a good night's sleep. If the reason that your mind cannot rest is out of your control, do your best to help yourself in your situation and then give it to me. You see, there is a lot that can be done about insomnia and most of it is in your own hands."
