Dear God,

I am in love with a girl. She and I had a great relationship of two years and it was beautiful. I am a complicated man and I could not explain my past to her because I have no proof of it. She has left me and now is with other men. I still love her and I only pray for her happiness but I need a distraction right now in my life so I am not constantly dwelling on her because it brings me too much pain. Can you please send me that distraction?

Answer from God through Carley:

"No, but I will advise you to learn from your mistake and if someone is important to you let them know it not only with your words, but in your actions.  Actions when matched by words are very powerful displays of your true feelings.  Using your words means not only saying what you feel, but sometimes by choosing not to say everything that you think.  Using your voice with someone you love also means saying things that are uncomfortable for you to say.  True love involves emotional risk.  Withholding any part of you from someone you love is perhaps a greater risk."
